All rooms are decorated to a high standard with carpets and curtains provided. They have a call system, central heating, most have built in wardrobes, private toilet facilities, a TV point and a telephone.

Eothen has never had a policy of requiring residents to share rooms with other residents. However, double rooms are available for married couples or persons related wishing to share.

Insofar as space permits residents will be encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal belongings.
