Bungalows for Independent Living

At our home in Sutton we have nine bungalows available for independent living.

The bungalows are to the rear of the site and are private and secluded.  We have one and two bedroomed bungalows, each with a garden area.  Each bungalow has a lobby, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

Current monthly rent is £711 for a one bedroomed bungalow and £785 for a two bedroomed bungalow.  Tenants are required to have a formal lease drawn up which requires the services of a solicitor and this costs in the region of £600 plus VAT.

The tenant is responsible for all utility costs including gas, electricity, water, council tax, telephone , TV licence etc.
