Customer Satisfaction
We aim to give residents the opportunity to participate in all aspects of life in the home. In particular, residents are regularly consulted both individually and corporately about the way the home is run. Resident/family meetings are held 3 monthly with an “open door” policy at any time.
A quality assurance survey is conducted annually seeking the views of residents, relatives, staff and health care professionals. Regular resident reviews are also held to monitor progress and give the opportunity for discussion and feedback about the services provided.
The results of the annual quality assurance surveys are available upon request and are displayed on the notice board in each home.
