Night Care Assistant – Gosforth
Location: Gosforth
Hourly Rate: £13.21
Hours: 36 hours per week
We currently have an opportunity for a Night Care Assistant to join the team at Eothen Homes, working 36 hours per week. This role is based at our Gosforth home.
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of resident care in the home at night and provide a safe and caring environment that promotes sleep and underpins the residents’ physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
We are looking for someone who is intuitive and aware of what matters most in life, who can demonstrate compassion and empathy and who is committed to improving the quality of life for older people. Experience of working in a care setting could be an advantage but is not essential. A major part of your role will be to enable and support people to remain as independent as possible by adopting a person centred approach in an environment that feels like home.
